No-one restarts their career at 38, right?

I used to believe that too.

And if you’d asked me a few years ago whether I’d be starting a whole new career in my late 30s, I probably would have laughed and said, “Not a chance.”🤣

But life has a way of surprising us, and at 38, I found myself standing at a crossroads, wondering where to go next.

The career I had dedicated so much of my life to had lost its spark, and I was left feeling trapped and consumed by work that no longer brought me joy.

It all came to a head when I had a panic attack—a wake-up call that screamed, "Enough!" But despite the urgency I felt to make a change, there was a persistent voice in my head whispering, “You’re 38. It’s too late to start over.”

But here’s the thing—age is just a number, and it’s never too late to reinvent yourself.✨

At that moment, I discovered coaching and personal development, and it revolutionised my life.

I took a leap of faith, blending my new passion for coaching with my growing interest in property investment.

Fast forward to today, and I’m a triple-certified coach (life & weight coach, positive psychology coach, and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator).

I’m running a thriving serviced accommodation property business while helping other business owners reach their potential as a Peak Performance Coach.

It wasn’t easy, and nothing changed overnight. My life transformed because I transformed—one mindset shift at a time.

I had to work on my limiting beliefs daily, but the difference now is that I know my thinking is a choice. Every day, I choose to step into my power within and help others do the same.

I’ve learned that when you align with your true passion and embrace the power within you, the possibilities are endless.

Whether it’s starting a new career, launching a business, or simply redefining what success means to you, it’s never too late to take bold action.

So, if you’re standing at a crossroads, unsure of your next step, remember this: It’s never too late to change direction. The only limits are the ones you place on yourself.
